The Oblique Tray brings an artful touch to everyday surfaces. During the design process, designer Nikolai Sorensen explored how a simple geometric profile could extrude on an angle and create a distinctive slanted form. A scalloped centre allows household trinkets to rest neatly in place.
Each tray is skillfully handcrafted in Vietnam. The ceramic composition is strong, yet elegant and fluid. A matte glaze on the sides contrasts with a high-gloss centre, creating a defined interplay between the surfaces.
Available in a striking palette of warm brick orange, bold azure blue, and soft neutral bone. Designed in New Zealand by Città.
